Master Tariau Tapuni
1946 - Born in Pukapuka, the Cook Islands
1966 - Joined the NZ Army specialised as a Physical Training Instructor
1973 - Started Tae Kwon Do (ITF style)
1975 - Achieved Black Belt in Singapore under Mr Jimmy Too
1976 - Joined the Australian Tae Kwon Do Federation under Master Young Ku Yun
3rd Dan Tae Kwon Do (ITF)
1990 - Became one of only four qualified to teach Yun Jung Do (YJD), a new style founded by Grandmaster Yun.
2005 - After over three decades of teaching the two styles and hundreds of students; finally resigned from YJD.
During those years Mr T participated in seminars, tournaments, coaching and many other official duties.
4th Dan Yun Jung Do (YJD)
6th Dan - TRACA
2006 - Founded the Tapuni Ready Action Combat System (TRACS) and the Tapuni Ready Action Combat Academy (TRACA).
