TRACS Open Program
It is automatically assumed that any new member that joins the adult class is going to adopt the Open Program.
The student is expected to learn all of the TRACS training syllabus with the following exceptions:
The children's classes which comprises of Year 1 to 7 students, who are not allowed to perform the Control Module of the syllabus as they are not mature enough to understand the risk and danger involved when these skills are applied to each other.
Sparring begins for all members from Purple Belt and no exceptions.
In the Mature Aged Program, the techniques are carefully modified to suit their ability to perform and still produce results comparative to the Open Program.
The Open Program suits the student with minimal restrictions. Apart from the children, all adult students are free to choose which program they would wish to adopt.
